What I Offer

I offer a range of trauma-informed yoga services to support your journey - including group classes, one-on-one private sessions, workshops, retreats, and specialised TCTSY (Trauma Centre Trauma-Sensitive Yoga) sessions, available both in group and individual formats.

How I hold space

I am committed to holding spaces where everyone is met with care, dignity and choice.

While some of my offerings, like women’s retreats, are intentionally held for specific groups, my classes and 1:1 sessions welcome people of all genders and identities.

  • Monday Grounding - Community Yoga

    Term-Based Weekly Yoga – In Person at Waiora Hub in Johnsonville & Online.

    A gentle, trauma-informed yoga class to support you in reconnecting with your body, grounding your energy, and easing into the week.

    Choose between Yin (slow and introspective) or Vinyasa-style (gentle strength and flow).

    Open to all, inclusive and welcoming of all bodies, identities, and levels of experience.

  • Retreats

    A nourishing retreat to reset and rejuvenate, offering space for reflection, rest, and embodied connection.

  • Private Yoga

    A customised one-on-one session — available in person or online, from the comfort of your own home.

  • TCTSY - Therapy (Group/Private)

    A structured, evidence-based trauma-sensitive practice designed to help reduce trauma symptoms. Offered in a group sessions or privately. In-Person or Online.
