Ease into your week with a steady, grounding yoga practice designed to support your body, breath, and nourish your nervous system.
Each class is guided by trauma-informed principles, with an emphasis on choice, presence, and compassionate awareness.

You are invited to choose the style that feels most supportive or register for both:
- Yin Yoga: slow, quiet and introspective practice with long-held poses (3-5 mins) - meditative postures for rest, release, and inner stillness
- Evening Flow Yoga: gentle, flowing movement to build strength and embodied connection

Classes are offered in a hybrid format. You are welcome to join in-person at Waiora Hub in Johnsonville or online via Zoom.

This space is inclusive and welcoming of all bodies, backgrounds, genders, and levels of experience.


No prior yoga experience is needed — simply come as you are.
